This stuff ROX I've tried it all, I mean ALL...This stuff stacked w/ 5-methly7methoxy-isoflavone & ZMA, has put on more weight pure muscle than anything. I put on 30lbs in 6weeks....I know sounds like B.S. try it for yourself. Take alot protein same time.. See for yourself
