What is Nitro Loading?

New developments in the oral administration of Creatine monohydrate are going to have a major impact on the future of sports supplementation. Creatine Monohydrate is transported by the blood and taken up by muscle cells where it is converted into Creatine phosphate. The enzyme responsible for this conversion is Creatine kinase.
