This is probably my favorite pre-workout product, at the moment. The ingredient profile is solid and the feeling and focus are great. You can take this at one scoop and still get a good serving of what you need, but two scoops is what I prefer for longer workouts or doubling up on sessions if you miss a day. The caffeine level is perfect for combining two scoops. A lot of products have such a high stimulant blend, that adding more than one scoop is really taxing on the CNS and adrenals that is not the case with C4. The flavoring is great, too. I actually enjoy all of the flavors and have been lucky enough to try samples of all the ones that I didnt actually have a full tub of. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. Cellucor is a great company and this is probably my favorite product of theirs.
