never token it by from reading what it say it must be a hell of a product.ill take it next time one product i highly but highly recommend is animal test i hardly ever take supplement beside amino or creatine but regardless to that i stop takein creatine for about a 6 month then i wanted to see what the animal test is about and in one house in the gym i said wtf is this i felt like an animal lol i went up in everything bench flat bar curl squat jerk n clean close grip bench and tellin you everythin but it all depend at the end of the day how u eat n train how have to eat very gooood for this supplement to work
