Todd from Nebraska says "and as for strength "
I started taking this stuff 2 months ago.. I do 6 sets of bench starting at 190lbs (10 lb intervals) and ending my 6th at 240 and put it up 8 times with only 1 minute of rest in between. when I started taking this stuff I was only doing 3 sets starting at 160lbs putting that up 10 times as well with 170 and 180. I'm not one to try and max I have nothing to prove but to myself. This stuff works just remember to drink plenty of water with as well.
