Been taking Protein shakes for over 30 years to stay lean and strong. Am now 60, and the CytoSport Strawberries Cream is the best tasting protein I have ever tasted. I also appreciate the fact that they put Chromium, vitamins and other minerals in it also. Best when blendered with about 5 fresh strawberries, some ice and few ounces of water.
