So far so good. Took me a year to buy this product. Had a shoulder joint injury, heavy bone spear and some cartilage damage. Had tried rest for 3 months, light workouts wTuna in diet. I started taking this product and noticed should was starting to feel better after about 2 weeks with light workouts. I dont think you could expect this of any injury but Im still taking it for my joints to keep them healthy. A+ in my book Id had the injury for over a year and now my Bench is back in the 300s and military is coming along.
