This is a great ZMA product. I have seen noticeable differences in my sleep especially. I can notice when I am on it due to vivid dreams and better sleep. I cant say I have ever taken it alone, as its a great add on to any stack. That being said I dont know how much it helped my gains in the gym but I havent stopped taking it when I am on a stack. Its a must if your not into pro hormones. Very safe alternative to help out T levels.
