I would tell u that after experimenting for about 2 years with products such as Nitrix, Xpand, Pump-tech etc. This would compare moderately in terms of muscle size and pump. However if u come down to the endurance and power aspect of it. THIS PRODUCT IS UNMATCHED "PERIOD". Knowing that I have No2 in my system my explosive power crushes weights such as 400 pound benches and 600 pound plus squats. 225 on the bench for 32 reps at 242 body weight. After I get of the product try something like Nitrix my muscles react differently for the better but my performance easily takes a tole.
