Shipping

Most order ship same or next day!!!

We will gladly meet competitors free shipping or lower shipping charges. (see instructions below in price match policies)
  • All shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination. This is the most ethical and most conventional method used in mail order.  Do not be fooled  by websites offering lower prices only to pad the shipping charges!!
  • You may use our shipping calculator in the shopping cart to determine exact shipping costs.  Most orders under 2 lbs are shipped USPS and order over 2 lbs will ship UPS ground or USPS.  UPS ground will almost always be the cheaper.
  • Average orders will arrive in 3-5 business days
  • When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number (Tracking is not provided from USPS for APO and FPO.  You will receive email confirmation from us that your order has shipped)
  • Shipping for most orders under 2lbs will be USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. All other orders will ship UPS ground.  Your choices and shipping method will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

UPS Shipping:

  • Orders are shipped UPS ground.
  • Not available to PO Box, FPO, APO, Hawaii and Alaska (see USPS)
  • Next Day Air and other delivery options must be requested on our toll free order line for pricing and availability.

USPS Shipping: 

  • Orders are shipped Priority or Express mail.
  • PO Box, FPO, APO, Hawaii and Alaska must ship USPS.  UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes, FPO or APO.  It is the cheapest way to ship to Hawaii and Alaska.


Back Ordered Items

If a product is out-of-stock, the rest of your order will be shipped without delay. The receipt sent with each order will show items not shipped.

If you paid by credit card, all orders are charged once the order is approved. If the original order was paid by check, your account will have a credit balance equal to the cost of the back ordered item, until we ship it. You may then request a refund check or apply your credit toward another purchase if you decide to cancel.

If a back order is shipped to an address in the Continental USA, you will not be charged a second shipping charge. Orders shipped to other destinations will pay the actual shipping charge for the back ordered item.

If we did not have an item marked as "out-of-stock" when you ordered and it is unexpectedly out-of-stock, you will be notified by email of this situation where you will have the opportunity to order a substitute or cancel the back order.

Back order items include all out-of-stock, manufacture reformulations, and "Pre-Orders" on new products not yet released by the manufacturer.

We attempt to keep our web site up-to-date by displaying the words "out-of-stock", "manufacturer reformulation", or "Coming Soon!" right after the product name.

To cancel a back order, submit a helpdesk inquiry in our Customer Support application. Click on "Use Our Helpdesk" above.  Please be sure to include your name, zip code and a brief description of the item in question.

Orders by Fax

Orders by Fax using our Web site, you can key in your order online and then print it, bypassing the final online order submission. International Orders

    We currently do not accept International Orders.


Payment Options

We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card and American Express).

You may also mail a money order, cashier's check, personal or company check drawn on a U.S. bank. We reserve the right to hold any check, pending bank clearance prior to shipment of any order. All orders and payments are in U.S. dollars only. We do not ship C.O.D. orders.


Price Match Policy

Price matches that are subject to decline and review:

Your order will not be charged until all pricematches are verified.  If price matches submitted are not approved, we will email you regarding the status of your order and reason for disapproval.  If we honor an invalid price match, we reserve the right to exempt from the 5% price reduction.

  • Price matching from membership clubs, auction sites and invalid competitors.  
  • Price matches from competitors that have excessive or multiple shipping charges.
  • Competitor bonuses, free offers, or one of a kind and limited offers
  • Competitor typographical errors
  • Price matches that are unverifiable. Customer must supply a valid URL (web address).
  • Inadequate quantities/dollar volume ordered when matching competitor quantity discounts/dollar volume (must match quantity for quantity, dollar for dollar) will be adjusted to match our posted price or the correct competitor price.
  • Competitor out of stocks and web sites with disabled shopping carts. You must be able to purchase the product at the advertised price.
  • We are designed to be a business to consumer (b2c) website.  Large volume orders, orders for resale, and orders submitted by competitors are subject to review.
  • Price matches from one of our mirror sites (websites we own) will be adjusted to the posted price from that site.  It is exempt from the 5% price reduction..
Price Match Shipping Charges Policy:

We will gladly meet a competitors shipping charge under the following conditions:

  • All items must be price matched and from the same competitor website that we are matching the shipping charge from. 
  • We will not match competitor shipping charges if multiple websites (including ours) are submitted with the order. 

Instructions:
When you submit your order, type pricematch shipping along with the competitor's web address into one of the competitors web address fields during your item selection/checkout.  After your order is submitted, we will review your order and remove the shipping charge BEFORE your order is charged to your credit card.

Return policy and conditions
  • We are not responsible for health or fitness claims, or any general or specific guarantees made by manufacturers for their product. However, we will honor  manufacturer returns or refunds directly related to any manufacturer "money back" product performance guarantees with in the guidelines of the manufacturer.
  • Melted chocolate bars and other products that can melt are shipped at your own risk and are non-refundable
  • Original outbound shipping charges are non refundable unless merchandise is being returned becasue it is defective/tampered or "guaranteed fresh"
  • Only 1 opened container of the same product will be accepted for return, provided no more than 25% of the product has been removed (a second opened container of the same product does not qualify for return).

• Email yourself a postage paid U.S. Post Office return lable
• Affix label and leave the package with your out bound U.S. mail for FREE pick up 6 days a week by your mailman or drop it off at your local U.S. Postoffice


Sales Tax

If you are located in the state of Wisconsin, a 5.6% sales tax will be added to your order. All other orders are tax free.
