• All shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination.
• You may use our shipping calculator in the shopping cart to determine exact shipping costs.  Most orders under 2 lbs are shipped USPS and order over 2 lbs will ship UPS ground or USPS.  UPS ground will almost always be the cheaper for anything over 2 lbs. Your choices and shipping method will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
• Average orders will arrive in 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  Please allow up to 8 business days to receive your order.
• When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number (Tracking is not provided from USPS for APO and FPO.  You will receive email confirmation from us that your order has shipped)

Free Shipping:

• Products noted as "Free Shipping" are exempt from the weight and destination calculation.
• The presence of other non free ship items in the order will trigger a shipping & handing charge (including free samples).

UPS Shipping:

• Orders are shipped UPS ground.
• Not available to PO Box, FPO, APO, Hawaii and Alaska (see USPS)
• Next Day Air and other delivery options must be requested on our toll free order line for pricing and availability.

USPS Shipping: 

• Orders are shipped Priority or Express mail.
• PO Box, FPO, APO, Hawaii and Alaska must ship USPS.  UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes, FPO or APO.  It is the cheapest way to ship to Hawaii and Alaska.

If a product is inadvertently out-of-stock or accidentally over allocated, the rest of your order will be shipped without delay. The receipt sent with each order will show items not shipped.

If a back order is shipped to an address in the Continental USA, you will not be charged a second shipping charge. Orders shipped to other destinations will pay the actual shipping charge for the back ordered item.

If we did not have an item marked as "out-of-stock" when you ordered and it is unexpectedly out-of-stock, you will be notified by email of this situation where you will have the opportunity to order a substitute or cancel the back order.

Back order items include all out-of-stock, over allocations, and "Pre-Orders" (new products not yet released by the manufacturer).

We attempt to keep our web site up-to-date by displaying the words "out-of-stock", "manufacturer reformulation", or "Coming Soon!" right after the product name.

To cancel a back order, submit a helpdesk inquiry in our Customer Support application. Please be sure to include your name, zip code and a brief description of the item in question.

C.  Supplement Warehouse implements numerous third-party security solutions, including numerous firewall systems, proprietary software applications, and auxiliary scanning services provided by independent Visa Approved Scanning Vendors (ASV's), as a supplemental safeguard, in addition to the systems described above, and has been verified as fully compliant by these firms. 

To understand the absolute thoroughness of our systems, we feel it is important that our customers understand the order process.  The order process primarily consists of our web servers hosting our site, the payment gateway linking our site to our payments processor, and the payment processor.  Each step of this process is strenuously monitored for any indication of compromise:

2.  Our gateway, which links our site to the payment processor, is owned directly by Visa, Inc., whom themselves regulate nearly every business in the world, regarding cardholder data security standards, as one of the governing bodies of the PCI Security Council.  Our gateway, is fully PCI compliant (it, again, is owned by one of the leaders of the PCI council, Visa, Inc.), and provides gateway service for nearly 300,000 merchants, processes billions of secure, online transactions, representing hundreds of billions of dollars, and 25% of all e-commerce dollars processed in the U.S.   They maintain an entire division of IT engineers dedicated strictly to cardholder data security, and are worldwide leaders in fraud prevention, and fraud prevention software development.    

                3.  Our payment processor is among the largest in the world, ranking first in the number of transactions processed domestically, processing payments for nearly a half-million merchants worldwide, representing billions of transactions, and more than 700 billion dollars processed annually.  Our processor provides payment processing for 13 of the top 25 retailers in the world, nine of the top ten ISP's worldwide, and approximately 50% of all e-commerce worldwide.  They are absolutely PCI compliant, and have entire departments dedicated to IT security, including daily monitoring, as well as security software, research and development.

Prices online are intended for online purchases only and may vary from those in our retail store.

    We currently do not accept International Orders.

We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card and American Express).

You may also mail a money order, cashier's check, personal or company check drawn on a U.S. bank. We reserve the right to hold any check, pending bank clearance prior to shipment of any order. All orders and payments are in U.S. dollars only. We do not ship C.O.D. orders.

Price matches that are subject to decline and review:

Your order will be charged when all price matches are validated.  If price matches submitted are not approved, we will email you regarding the status of your order and reason for disapproval.  If we honor an invalid price match, we reserve the right to exempt from the 5% price reduction.

• Price matching from membership clubs, auction sites and invalid competitors.  
• Price matches from competitors that have excessive shipping charges or charge shipping costs on an item by item basis.
• Competitor bonuses, free offers, or one of a kind and limited offers such as inventory liquidations, closeouts, and going out of business sales

• We are designed to be a business to consumer (b2c) website.  Large volume orders, orders for resale, and orders submitted by competitors are subject to review.
• Price matches submitted from our sites (supplementwarehouse.com or web stores we own) will be adjusted to the posted price and is exempt from the 5% price reduction.

We will gladly meet a competitors shipping charge under the following conditions:

• All items must be price matched from the same competitor website that we are matching the shipping charge from. 
• We will not match competitor shipping charges if multiple competitors and/or SupplementWarehouse.com's pricing are submitted with the order (excluding free samples).
• When verifying pricematch shipping, Free/Bonus items will be filled at our digression.

• We are not responsible for health or fitness claims, or any general or specific guarantees made by manufacturers for their product. However, we will honor  manufacturer returns or refunds directly related to any manufacturer "money back" product performance guarantees with in the guidelines of the manufacturer.
• Melted chocolate bars and other products that can melt are shipped at your own risk and are non-refundable
• Original outbound shipping charges are non refundable unless merchandise is being returned because it is defective/tampered or "guaranteed fresh"
• Only 1 opened container of the same product will be accepted for return, provided no more than 25% of the product has been removed (a second opened container of the same product does not qualify for return).
